Lips:
Color is a huge chart topper this summer and the trend is known as Orange Crush. Shine like a diamond with bright, beautiful lips! Go on…be brave. We dare you!
DIY orange crush lips:
- Line your lips with a bright pink liner.
- Paint your pout with a matching shade of lipstick.
- Make a statement by coloring just the center of your lips with bright orange lipstick. The contrast is eye-catching.
- If you must, put some clear gloss on top. Muah!
Eyes:
The sky is the limit with turquoise blue! Whether it’s eye shadow or eyeliner, trendsetters are leaning toward an array of oceanic shades. The hue can make any eye color pop. Line your eyes and shade in the shadows and let’s get this show on the road! Remember to keep your eye makeup opaque and bold. Models at the Dior, Michael Kors, and Moschino shows all rocked vibrant blue lids on the summer 2013 runways.
Skin:
Skin is in every season, but summer is the time when you really want to glow. Aim for natural, bronzed, and healthy skin. The look will instantly bring your complexion to life. To keep your skin hydrated and protected, use SPF. No one wants sun-damaged skin! For a radiant, healthy glow, choose a bronzer in the shade that’s closest to your skin’s natural tan. Apply it where the sun hits your face: the forehead, nose, and cheeks. To give the illusion of a sun-kissed body, opt for sunless tanner or body bronzer. Always cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize skin to look absolutely flawless.
